Task
As part of property modernization, client wanted to upgrade intercom and access control systems with existing cabling infrastructure, fully replace automatic vehicle gates to fully comply with current safety regulations and integrate with new intercom & access control. Replace old communal doors to new and efficient aluminum doors with integrated architectural handle/locks.
All new fixtures to be RAL matched.
Result
All as planned.
Site's cabling infrastructure has been utilized and re-used for new systems. By choosing the right product(2 wire IP) we were able to install all new systems with full IP communications between the blocks. Now client can use fully integrated intercom & access control even from their smartphones.
A 2 sets of brand new vehicle gates with ground motors have been installed and integrated. No more trespassing and parking "hunters".
Brand new aluminum doors have benefited the building.
All designed , supplied, installed by Smart Britannia.
